Refund policy

At Tulia & Thiha, we want your little one to feel happy, comfortable, and stylish in every outfit. If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered!

✅ Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

• Products are eligible for return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
• For hygiene reasons, innerwear, socks, and accessories are non-returnable.
• Sale or discounted items can only be exchanged (not refunded), unless they arrive damaged.

📦 Easy Return & Exchange Process

• Drop us an email at support@tuliathiha.com or WhatsApp us with your Order ID.
• Choose whether you’d like a refund, replacement size, or different product.
• Our courier partner will arrange a pickup from your doorstep (available in most pin codes).
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or dispatch the exchange.

💰 Refund Policy

• Prepaid Orders: Refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• COD Orders: Refunds are issued via bank transfer.

⚠️ Important Notes

• Reverse pickup may not be available in some remote locations. In such cases, customers may need to self-ship the item, and we’ll reimburse up to ₹100 courier charges.
• If the returned product doesn’t meet our quality check, it will be sent back to you.
• Exchanges are subject to availability. If the size/design is sold out, we’ll issue a refund instead.
