β Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
- Products are eligible for return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
- For hygiene reasons, innerwear, socks, and accessories are non-returnable.
- Sale or discounted items can only be exchanged (not refunded), unless they arrive damaged.

- Choose whether youβd like a refund, replacement size, or different product.
- Our courier partner will arrange a pickup from your doorstep (available in most pin codes).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, weβll process your refund or dispatch the exchange.

- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to your original payment method within 5β7 working days.
- COD Orders: Refunds are issued via bank transfer.

- Reverse pickup may not be available in some remote locations. In such cases, customers may need to self-ship the item, and weβll reimburse up to βΉ100 courier charges.
- If the returned product doesnβt meet our quality check, it will be sent back to you.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the size/design is sold out, weβll issue a refund instead.
