  • Products are eligible for return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, innerwear, socks, and accessories are non-returnable.
  • Sale or discounted items can only be exchanged (not refunded), unless they arrive damaged.

  • Our courier partner will arrange a pickup from your doorstep (available in most pin codes).
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or dispatch the exchange.

  • COD Orders: Refunds are issued via bank transfer.

  • Reverse pickup may not be available in some remote locations. In such cases, customers may need to self-ship the item, and we’ll reimburse up to β‚Ή100 courier charges.
  • If the returned product doesn’t meet our quality check, it will be sent back to you.
