At Tulia & Thiha, we want to make sure your little one’s favorite outfits reach you safely, quickly, and with lots of care. Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.

🚚 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email/SMS notification with your order details and tracking link.
  • COD Orders: Our customer service team will contact you to confirm your Cash on Delivery order.
    – We’ll make two attempts to confirm.
    – If we’re unable to reach you, the order will be automatically canceled.
  • In rare cases of delay (for example, during festivals or sale events), we’ll inform you right away.

🌍 Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India through our trusted courier partners.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for most pin codes.

⏰ Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad): 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities / Towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary during festive seasons or due to courier delays beyond our control.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders.
  • No extra fees on Cash on Delivery orders.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

You can track your package directly through our courier partner’s website or by using the tracking link we share.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Please double-check your delivery address, mobile number, and pin code before placing your order.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges will apply.
  • If you receive a package with damaged outer packaging, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at support@tuliathiha.com.
