Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email/SMS notification with your order details and tracking link.
COD Orders: Our customer service team will contact you to confirm your Cash on Delivery order.
– We’ll make two attempts to confirm.
– If we’re unable to reach you, the order will be automatically canceled.
In rare cases of delay (for example, during festivals or sale events), we’ll inform you right away.
Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all orders.
No extra fees on Cash on Delivery orders.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
- Products are eligible for return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
- For hygiene reasons, innerwear, socks, and accessories are non-returnable.
- Sale or discounted items can only be exchanged (not refunded), unless they arrive damaged.
Refund Policy
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- COD Orders: Refunds are issued via bank transfer.
